PNCWA Annual Conference Group Registration

Group registrations are streamlined! Simply register all your attendees at one time by adjusting the quantity of tickets as needed. 

  • You will need unique email addresses for all users but will be able to enter your email as the purchaser to receive confirmations and receipts. 
  • If registering both PNCWA members and non-members, you will need to separate them by membership status and fill out both forms.
  • Collect all relevant information from attendees before beginning the registration process. See the list of necessary information below or use this spreadsheet to collect attendee information.
  • If you are using a discount code that applies to multiple attendees, you will need to register them separately. Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.
  • You can pay by credit card or check. Note that credit cards incur a credit card fee, which will appear as you add registrations to your cart. If you opt to pay by check on the final billing page, those charges will be removed.

 

Information needed for each attendee:

  • Name as it should appear on their badge
  • Email address (must be unique to them- you cannot use the same email address for all attendees!)
  • Cell phone number (optional)
  • Work phone number
  • Job title
  • Company
  • City 
  • State
  • WEF/PNCWA member number (if applicable)
  • First time attendee?
  • Job category (drop-down list)
  • Request for CEUs (Continuing Education Units for Wastewater Operators) and/or PDHs (Professional Development Hours for Engineers). If requesting CEUs, their state and wastewater certificate number will be required. 
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Speaking in a presentation?
  • Emergency contact info (including name, phone number and relationship to attendee)
  • Consent to appearing on an attendee list
