Sponsors and Exhibitors Save these Dates for PNCWA2019!

 

March 18: The 2019 Exhibit Floor Plan is available now at www.conference.pncwa.org/exhibitor-map
March 20: Information about Sponsorship Opportunities and how to become a sponsor is available.
April 1:  Sponsorship signup will open April 1 on a rolling schedule by level, which includes booth choices for sponsor-exhibitors. Only Sponsors may signup for exhibit booths between April 1 and April 29.
April 29:  Exhibit floor will open for non-sponsors on April 29

Exhibitor Booths: pricing ranges from $1200 - $1350 for an 8’x10’ booth

New this year: Exhibitors will need to purchase, through the convention center, electrical service for their booth if they require it. There is no markup by PNCWA on the electrical costs from the OCC.

The BASICS:

  • Package Sponsors get an extensive and specific set of benefits depending on level.
    • The cost of exhibit booths at PNCWA2019 are not included in sponsorships.
    • Each level also gets “points” to spend on the a la carte menu. 
    • Package sponsors may also buy additional a la carte points to spend.
      • Platinum $6,000
      • Gold $4,500
      • Silver $3,000
      • Bronze $2,500
  • Exhibitors: The Exhibit Floorplan is available now at  www.pncwa.org/exhibitor-map.
  • The cost of exhibit floor booths will range from $1,200 - $1,350 for an 8 x 10 booth depending on location.
  • The cost of exhibit booths at PNCWA2019 are not included in sponsorships. However, sponsors do have priority in their selection of booths.
  • There are over 140 total exhibit spaces available at PNCWA2019 and we do not expect to have a shortage of booths. 
  • Exhibitors will need to purchase electrical service for their booth if they require it.

Exhibit Floor reservations open:

  • For Platinum Sponsors: April 1
  • For Gold Sponsors: April 8
  • For Silver Sponsors: April 15
  • For Bronze Sponsors: April 22
  • For all other exhibitors: April 29
  • The link for reserving booths is available at the completion of the sponsorship order, and then will be available to all on April 29.

 A la carte Sponsors purchase points at $150 per point.

  • Each a la carte item requires a number of points, ranging from 1 pt, to 15 pts.
